Awario® – for the detection of cardiac arrhythmias

The most significant and most common arrhythmia is atrial fibrillation. Its consequences are dangerous: at worst, untreated atrial fibrillation results in a stroke. The Awario service is an easy-to-use solution for identifying atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias.

The Awario service consists of

a measuring device (Awario Care or Awario Gem),
the Awario smartphone application, and
the Awario analysis service.

Regular Awario measurements give peace of mind. In just about a minute, Awario detects the four most common arrhythmias (atrial fibrillation, slow heartbeat, fast heartbeat, and ventricular extrasystoles) and provides instructions for different situations. The Awario application guides you in taking the measurement and displays the results of the arrhythmia analysis on your own phone, as well as records a medical device-level ECG, or cardiac electrical curve, that you can show your doctor.

Awario® Application

The easy-to-use Awario application is your guide and your messenger during the one-minute measuring process. It informs you what to do at every step and gives you the results of your heart rhythm measurement. If arrhythmia of any sort is detected, the Awario app will advise you what to do next. You can recognize the app from our ‘O’ icon in your phone’s app store.

Intelligent algorithms

The intelligent arrhythmia detection algorithms of the Awario Analysis service are based on long research work. Analytics detects arrhythmias with very high sensitivity and specificity, minimizing the number of false positive alarms. Therefore, you can rest assured that the information provided by Awario about the condition of your heart is true.
